We make our chocolates and confections fresh and ship twice per week. Orders ship via Standard, Express & Rush service on MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS. All orders placed by noon EST Saturday will ship on Monday. All orders placed by noon EST Tuesday will ship on Wednesday. All orders placed after noon EST on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.

If faster shipping is needed, please call 646-418-7634 and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Methods are as follows:

Standard 1-6 business days from our next shipping day, depending on your location and product availability, rate starts at $8.50 per order

Express* 2-3 business days from our next shipping day, rate starts at $22.00 per order

Rush* 1 business day from our next shipping day, rate starts at $45.00 per order

* Air freight costs have risen dramatically in the past year due to fuel surcharges and numerous hidden fees from the shipping companies. The price of Express and Rush shipping reflects our true costs.

Please note: UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must choose "Alaska & Hawaii Shipping." Orders shipping to Canada must be placed by phone at 646-418-7634. Additional charges apply.

Warm Weather Upgrade

If shipping to a location over 75 degrees, you must purchase a Warm Weather Upgrade to prevent melting. The order will then be shipped in an individual cooler with cold packs and will spend no more than two days in transit. You must choose an address where the package will be taken inside promptly. We can not be responsible for melted chocolate that was not shipped with a Warm Weather Upgrade or orders left outside and unattended after delivery.

Environmentally Sensitive Packaging

We ship in boxes made from 100% recycled materials, and all of our products are packed with biodegradable packing peanuts. The peanuts are 100% cornstarch, dissolve quickly in water and are compostable.

Return Policy

Because CocoaVino uses only the freshest ingredients, we employ careful, season-appropriate shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please see Warm Weather Upgrade above. However, if your order arrives damaged, simply return it and we will issue a replacement at no extra cost. Sorry, we can’t refund shipping or customization charges.
